I would recommend this trip to anyone who is reasonably fit seeking a challenge. Not for the faint of heart, as the views are so incredible they can rattle those who may have a fear of heights, this route will give you an abundance of great views and memories from the Mala Mojstrovka. My main guide Rok and his helper guide Cveto were outstanding. I was privileged to have Mitja Sorn as my guide for some snow trekking and easy climbs in November 2019. This is where the most exciting part of the tour begins. Apart from being very skilled guide Mitja was also easy to get in contact with, he provided all necessary info and support before and after the climb. One of the most popular and exciting via ferrata routes in all of Slovenia, the Hanzova route is unforgettable. Thanks for this awesome adventure! It involves steel cables that run periodically every 1 to 10 m along the rocky surface of a mountain or hill. We got the best of both worlds, hiking on our own to the Dolic Hut and back from the Planika hut, meant we could enjoy the scenery and wildlife at our own pace. Mitja was able to understand my abilities and chose a challenging but amazing route. Morning in the Tičarjev dom na Vršicu hat was not as we expected. For us it went OK but can imagine that some other people with less physique or dare will find it hard! He made the trip to a top of the line experience. After hike to Jalovec we have planned to go to climb via ferrata to Mala Mojstrovka. Thanks for the unforgettable experience. It was a great experience and the guide was perfect. Klemen brought us up the Triglav late afternoon, he ensured we had the right gear and tied rope round us and made sure we had the crampons on right. The pace was nice and steady, not fast, and he made sure to not leave behind slower hikers. We climbed for 1,5 hour and suddenly we saw Blaz standing before us, with his outstretched hand and a big smile on his face, saying: \"Congratulations, you made it to the top!\". We had a fantastic experience climbing Triglav via the Blato Meadow, the seven lakes valley and back. It lies straight above the well known Vrsic pass (1611 m). ‘Hanzova Pot’ via ferrata to Mt Mala Mojstrovka. Mitja is friendly, highly enthusiastic and is great at keeping you feeling at ease, even on the most exposed ground. At a certain point the weather got a bit rebellious and we walked in the rain for 3,5 hours (rain is something we DO have in the Netherlands, so nothing we couldn\'t handle), but after a while we were totally soaked. The climb up to Triglav is not safe and we wanted a guide to ease the planning bc we didn\'t have enough time to prepare, and maximize safety while keeping our wishes in focus. The guide Matej is a lovely and proficient guy who especially understands how to adapt to fit the needs of different people and varying levels in a larger group. We ended up doing a via ferrata he personally set and climbing ice falls. The weather was uncertain and there was still a lot of snow in some parts. He us on a different way back so we would still have a great view almost similar to the one on the top, this route was amazing! Our guide Mitja was so knowledgeable about the whole area and was a perfect host. Rok is so great! We felt 100% safe trekking with him, and had the most amazing time! He was very patient with me being a beginner in climbing and helpful when I was having difficulty in parts of the track. The explore share team and Mitja answer at your question very quickly and they are friendly. In the morning we were cooking, but somehow, we managed to spill it. Because of this, we wanted an experienced guide. Mitja was great and the whole experience was worth every penny! If it would make you feel safer you can even secure your self on fixed ropes. Vršič - Mala Mojstrovka (via-ferrata, Hanz route): 2.15 h Mala Mojstrovka - Vršič (normal path): 1.15 h Total: 3.30 h Difficulty: 5 - The ascent (Hanz route) goes along a very difficult climbing route (via-ferrata)! Weather was turning so we decided to push to the summit in one day...8.5 hours from Krma valley, up to hut, up to summit, back to hut. My two comments, however, is that we all had to wear helmets the entire time but Luka did not; in my mind this is a failure in leading by example. I don\'t properly understand Explore Share\'s role here. Mala Mojstrovka South Route Half-Day Tour, start from Vršič Pass, pick-up in Kranjska Gora or Bled. However we carried ice picks the entire time but never once took them off our packs (except for a brief lesson). I really enjoyed the climb, but I felt a bit duped and undervalued. They did a great job! Had a great time even though weather conditions were such that we had to climb a different mountain but Mitja had great alternatives in mind and we very much enjoyed it - highly recommend if youâre in Slovenia looking for a guide. I cant say anything about Triglav but awesome is a beautiful mountain and been at the top is a life experience. Great experience and great professional guide. Grega is a very professional and knowledgeable guide who facilitated a wonderful adventure and memory for me.I would thoroughly recommend both Grega and the 1 day trip if you have a high level of fitness. The via ferrata route was great for a morning hike. Fantastic hike with a great guide, an experience we will never forget ? This trip was completely amazing! I was in a mixed age and abilities group of 13, some of whom were ill-prepared mentally (some delusional that they were going out for an easy two day Hill walk) and physically. Along with the excitement of this trip, there is a great deal of convenience as well. It was one of the most amazing things I\'ve ever done. But wauw were we glad we had Mitja! MALA MOJSTROVKA / VIA FERRATA. Made us feel very welcome in his back yard, with excellent attention to both safety and enjoyment. Great trip. Mt Mojstrovka is reached from Vršič Pass. Fortunately Mitja planned another mountain Mali Draski which we were able to summit. He kept pushing us, which was a good thing and took some photos along the way to help us remember the occasion. Also to note out that the price for the mountain hut is not included in the price showed on the webpage. Pack light but for all the elements It was a great experience.
